This is a pretty rare DVD, and also my first one that I ever did on my own. I'm not sure if I even have a copy of it anymore. It was a very basic DVD with four different music videos on it. There was nothing fancy about it. There was no case produced, no motion menus - it was very cut and dry.
When I handed these out, people had no idea what they were. It looked like a CD you would put in your computer and that was it. The cover was printed off of my laser printer in black and white. No graphics or identifying symbols on it. I remember looking at it, and saying, no one is going to know what this is, so I had to go back in and print out, "Stick me in your DVD Player." I later learned that there are different types of DVDs, and this only worked in some players. It was the begining of something great.
It had four videos on it. They were made with my Nikon 3100, which isn't intended for any video work. Strangely though, It worked. The first and still my favorite video was to Blink-182's "Easy Target." I had a lot of fun in exploring with the tools and learned a lot. The next videos were to Local H and Green Day. These videos were simply content fillers. They were the same clip just repeated over and over with different effects. They sucked. The last video was another good one and a great step in the right direction - Sugarcult's "You're the One." It was a fast paced song and resulted in a fast paced video. I learned from the first three videos, and made this arguably the best on the DVD.
